About The Design Center
Andrew R. Koch, President of the Design Center of North Port, Florida, graduated in 1988 from Lincoln Tech with a degree in Architectural Design. Immediately out of college, he started working with RKR Hess in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, working mostly on civil engineering projects.

One year later, he took a designer position with Hemlock Builders in Hawley, Pennsylvania, and over the next four years, he designed 121 homes.

In 1994, he took a position as the Kitchen Department Head with Cramer's Home Centers, a seven-store chain.
​
In 1995, Andrew started The Kitchen & Bath Showroom in Hawley, Pennsylvania, and since then he has designed and overseen the construction of more than 1,000 kitchen and bathroom projects.
​
In 2014, he decided to move to North Port, Florida, where he has had a home since 2009 and started the Design Center of North Port.
